Infinity Elevator Limited is seeking Lift Engineers, Lift Engineer Improvers, and Lift Mates to join our growing team. We specialise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of traction lifts and lift platforms, working with top-tier brands such as Kone, Schindler, Otis, and Mitsubishi. Skill Set:
- Proficiency in lift installation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics related to lift systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and traction issues.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards governing lift installations.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact with clients professionally.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Experience Requirements:
- Lift Engineers: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in lift installation and maintenance.
- Lift Engineer Improvers: Improvers: Some relevant experience, with a willingness to learn and progress under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Lift Mates: Previous experience working as a mate/helper in the lift or similar engineering field is desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrated experience working with a variety of lift products, including Kone, Schindler, Otis, and Mitsubishi.
- Experience conducting inspections, tests, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Proven track record of completing lift installation projects within set timelines.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging technologies in the field of lift engineering.
Qualifications:
- Lift Engineers: Relevant educational background such as a college/polytechnic, NVQ level 3 diploma in installation and commissioning, bachelor’s degree, or master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Certification or training in lift engineering or completion of a recognised apprenticeship program.
- Valid certifications/licenses required for working with lift installations, such as the Lift Installation Engineer Certification.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Additional certifications or training specific to lift products and systems are advantageous and may be required for specific roles.
