Our Scotland Director Fikret Karatay (39 yrs experience), HSE Director Oludotun Ashaye (MSc-qualified), and Installation Director Oluwadamilare Ashaye (12 yrs) all continue leading the company.

Fikret provides senior engineering oversight, strategic direction, and technical leadership for all Scottish operations. He led the high-rise jumplift installation at 22 Bishopsgate and brings nearly four decades of lift installation and testing experience to every project.
Damilare provides hands-on site supervision, technical team leadership, and direct project delivery. He leads the day-to-day installation works across all Scottish and English projects, ensuring every installation meets Infinity's exacting standards for precision and safety.
Oludotun oversees all quality, health, safety, and environmental governance across Infinity's operations. An MSc-qualified HSE specialist with GradIOSH and MIIRSM professional memberships and IRCA auditor certification, he ensures every installation complies with the highest regulatory and safety standards.
